IdeaSweetSpot

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

IdeaSweetSpot ("the Service") is operated by Apps 4 That LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we," "us"). Contact: mthibideau@apps4that.com.

2. The Service

IdeaSweetSpot helps you score, compare, and plan around business or project ideas. It runs in your browser and stores your entries on your own device. There are no user accounts. Because there are no accounts, access to paid features is tied to the browser/device where you activated them.

3. Free use and the Builder plan

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices are in USD and may change for future renewal periods — if they do, we will provide notice before your renewal.

4. Canceling and refunds

5. Not professional advice

IdeaSweetSpot is a reflective prioritization tool. It is not financial, legal, career, tax, investment, or mental-health advice, and it offers no guarantee of income, demand, or success for any idea, however it scores. Decisions you make remain your own.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse the payment/entitlement system, no scraping at scale, and no unlawful use. We may block abusive traffic.

7. Your content

Ideas and entries you type stay on your device and remain yours. If you choose to send us an idea (for example, through a "Build it with Studio" or contact form), you're inviting us to read it so we can respond — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is collected and where it goes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps 4 That LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $49 if you paid nothing).

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes to the paid plan will be communicated before your next renewal. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
